A collection of marketing and lifecycle emails designed to scale Turo’s brand across the inbox.

Designed in partnership with marketing and lifecycle teams, these emails were tailored to their respective strategies - from host communications and seasonal newsletters to guest acquisition, engagement, and retention.

I worked very closely with our in-house email engineer to improve our email design capabilities, and took part in building a bespoke global email design system for Turo to keep the emails flowing.
