I was selected to design a cohesive visual identity for a multi-day internal design summit. The goal was to create something that pushed beyond what had been done in previous years to achieve something elevated, yet fresh and dynamic.
"Design in motion" was intended to be 2025's summit theme, merging topics of AI and growth with solid design fundamentals and principles. With a lot of creative freedom, I explored this theme with an "old meets new" lens. Taking inspiration from retro video games, mechanical keyboards, and old school motion graphics, I came up with a flexible look and feel that worked across presentations, screens, and physical swag.
The branding was so loved that the team expressed they want to keep using "Design in motion" going forward, making it the evergreen title of the summit rather than just one annual theme.

Summit swag
One key way to elevate the 2025 summit was through physical giveaways for attendees. The custom hardcover dot-grid notebook was a cut above what they had seen in previous years, but the real stars of the show were these little clicky mechanical keyboard keychains I produced with custom conference colours and brand iconography.

In addition to branding and swag, I took the opportunity to provide a set of templates for presenters to use when building their decks.
